A1. Yes, all of our jewelry is made of 18k real gold. Accept any professional test.

Q3. Can I email Jewelrysfactory a picture of a piece to be designed?
Q4. Yes, please e-mail pictures to us at [email protected], as well as the details of your desired piece of jewelry (metal type, size, diamond quality, width, etc.), and we will provide you with a free quote.
Q5. Does Jewelrysfactory use natural diamonds?
A5. Unless it is clearly stated, all diamonds (center diamonds as well as accent diamonds) that are sold are natural, untreated diamonds.

A6. NO, we only sell solid gold jewelry. Accept any professional test. Fake one compensates three.
Engraving
Q1. Do you engrave on the inside or the outside of the jewelry?
A1. The standard engraving that we offer is on the inside of the jewelry, with the exception of our signet jewelry. We can also engrave on the outside of most plain jewelry, upon request; please contact us to find out if this is possible and what the additional cost would be.
Q2. What type of fonts do you offer?
A2. For engraving on the inside of the jewelry, we can offer a script font upon request.
Q3. Can I send the jewelry back for engraving?
A4. Yes, absolutely. It’s a good idea to verify that the ring fits correctly before having it engraved, as engraved items are nonreturnable.
Q4. How long does engraving take?
A4. For engraving on the inside of the jewelry, there is no delay as the process is done in-house prior to shipment. If you send the jewelry back to us for engraving, it typically takes about 5-7 business days to process before the ring is shipped back to you.
A5. What type of engraving process do you use?
Q5. For engraving on the inside of our jewelry, we use a computerized diamond tip. This provides a smooth engraving that will not irritate the finger.

Q1. How long is the warranty period? If have problem within this period, like fade the color, can I return it?
A1. One-year warranty period. Iif have those problems within the warranty period, we support return. But we will not compensate for problems caused by improper use, such as wearing in the shower too often, exposure to the sun, exposure to chemicals, exposure to fire, or touching sharp objects, etc.
